Italian Drone Regulations – Updated as of 5/26/2015
The government of Italy has done a nice job providing Italian drone regulations in both Italian and English languages.
Here is a summary of key points:
- UAVs must be flown during daylight hours.
- UAVs must be flowing within line of sight.
- All accidents or serious incidents must be reported.
- Research flight must be conducted in areas without crowds and with special permission from ENAC.
We will keep this updated as Italian drone regulations evolve over time.
